Daughter of Resident – Dec 2025
My father moved into St Joseph’s Care Home under the care of a Hospice for end-of-life palliative treatment. The care he received was excellent – he was made comfortable and treated with the utmost respect and dignity.
As a family, we spent most of our time in the care home during this short period, and every member of staff we met was so kind. The nurses were professional, responsive, and provided the highest level of care. Their compassion towards us as a family made what was such a difficult time more bearable.
Every cup of tea, piece of cake, biscuit, kind word, and hug made a difference. These small acts of kindness meant so much and helped us through.
We are deeply grateful to all the staff for their wonderful care and support. Thank you so much.
